We're sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you've received a faulty item, please get in touch with our support team here who will get this sorted out for you.
Returns (We offer replacements no money back.)
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
If you have received your order and for it is damaged in any way, then please Contact Us. If you reach us within 15 days of your order we will send you a replacement free of charge, but if it is beyond 15 days the product is no longer covered by our courtesy grace period. See our exchange policy below.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within a 15 day time period unless an extended warranty was selected at the time of purchase. Warranties are not eligible for refunds, only replacements. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to the address that is provided to you by email.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse before contacting us.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address that our support team sends you, if applicable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an order over $20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
